Consent to the Processing of Personal Data in the Customer Cabinet

Effective 26 October 2026

By signing up to the ForgeVis customer cabinet at my.forgevis.com or my.forgevis.ru (the "Cabinet"), or by signing in to it for the first time by invitation, and ticking the consent box, I give my consent — freely, of my own will and in my own interest — to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Aleksandrovich Borodachev, Taxpayer ID (INN) 732814297169, registration number (OGRNIP) 321732500041865, Ulyanovsk, Ulyanovsk Region, Russia.

Personal data:

• my name, my email address, my roles in my company's cabinet and the language of my letters;
• details about me in my company's data — for example, the signatory's full name and position, the contact person's name and phone number, an individual entrepreneur's details;
• what I write in my support requests and in comments to requests;
• passkeys: the public key, the device's name, when the key was saved and last used. A fingerprint or a face image stays on my device and is never passed to the Operator;
• my IP address and browser details — when I sign in to the Cabinet and when I act in it;
• the session and browser identifiers in the Cabinet's cookies;
• my sign-in history: sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts, sign-outs and ended sessions — with the date, time, IP address and browser details;
• the entries of my company's action journal about what I did in the Cabinet.

Purposes:

• signing up, signing in to the Cabinet and working in it;
• concluding and performing the agreement with my company: subscriptions, licences, invoices and closing documents, and notices about them;
• protecting my account: the sign-in history, letters about a sign-in from a new device, the company's action journal;
• considering support requests and other requests.

Processing: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated means.

Disclosure: the owners of my company's cabinet can see my name, address, roles, sign-in history and action journal entries. If my company is served through a ForgeVis partner, the partner can see the company's name and details, its contact person's name and address, and the company's subscriptions, licences, requests and invoices — to serve the company. The data is not passed to any other third parties and is not sent outside the Russian Federation.

Duration: for as long as I have an account in the Cabinet, or until the consent is withdrawn. How long particular data is kept — the sign-in history, for example — is set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Withdrawal: I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@forgevis.ru. The Cabinet cannot be used without it: once it is withdrawn, the Operator deletes the account, stops the processing and destroys the data within the periods set by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" — except data it must keep by law, such as that in invoices and closing documents.
