Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Effective 1 October 2026

By sending the contact form on forgevis.com or forgevis.ru and ticking the consent box in it, I give my consent — freely, of my own will and in my own interest — to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Aleksandrovich Borodachev, Taxpayer ID (INN) 732814297169, registration number (OGRNIP) 321732500041865, Ulyanovsk, Ulyanovsk Region, Russia.

Personal data: my name, my email address and whatever I write in the message.

Purpose: considering my enquiry and answering it.

Processing: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated means.

Disclosure: the data is not passed to third parties and is not sent outside the Russian Federation.

Duration: 1 year from the last message of the enquiry, or until the consent is withdrawn.

Withdrawal: I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@forgevis.ru. The Operator then stops the processing and destroys the data within the periods set by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
