What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in the visitor's browser. They let the site, or a service it uses, recognise the browser on later requests.

Which cookies the site uses

forgevis.com and forgevis.ru (operated by Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Aleksandrovich Borodachev) use only analytics cookies, set by the Yandex Metrica service. They show how visitors use the site, so it can be improved.

These cookies are set only after consent — the "Accept" button in the cookie notice. Before consent, and after a refusal, Metrica is not loaded on the site.

Session recording (Webvisor) is not used, so its cookies are not set. Yandex may also set cookies on its own domains under its own rules.

The site keeps your choice in the browser under the key fv-cookie-consent. It is not a cookie: the value never leaves the browser and holds no personal data.

How to refuse or change your choice

• Click Cookie settings — the home page footer has the link too — and choose "Decline". Metrica's cookies are then deleted.
• Delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings.

Refusing cookies does not limit access to the site.
